The apartment has 3 bedrooms, being one of them en suite, and all with fitted wardrobes. A second bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms. The indoor space also comprises a fully equipped kitchen, open concept living and dinning area with a marble fireplace and a tv with various channels.
The outdoor area is composed by a terraced garden with sun loungers and an outdoor dinning area, overlooking the neighbourhood. 
The property is equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters, double glazed windows, fibre optic TV and internet (wi-fi).

Use of the communal pool is subject to conditions of use. Please consult these conditions with our team.

Prices are per week and include the wifi internet, Tv channels to be confirmed, air conditioning, tv, electricity (except from November to March) and water costs. Beach towels provided. 

Please note there is an extra charge of 85€ for cleaning. 

Availability subject to confirmation. Minimum stay 5 nights.

To pre-book a payment of 20% will be required, payable by bank transfer or in cash at the office.
